    YUNG’s HyDungeons (Hytale) — Review

    HyDungeons adds a new kind of adventure content: instanced, procedurally generated dungeons you can run for challenge and loot without permanently altering your overworld.

    How you access dungeons

    • Dungeons are accessed through the Ancient Portal (unlocked at 100 Memories).
    • Server operators can also use the instances list or an in-game command to jump directly to an instance.

    Current scope

    • The mod currently ships with a limited set of dungeon content (early access), with plans to expand structure variety and complexity as tooling improves.
    • Loot balance is explicitly called out as “not final,” which is normal while base progression is still settling.

    Compatibility

    Because dungeons are delivered as new instances, the mod is designed to play nicely with other mods.

    Verdict

    HyDungeons is a promising foundation for modded adventure runs—worth installing now if you want new challenges, and worth watching as the dungeon roster grows.
